The deep of the modernization is depending on the building characteristics and the status of the different parts of the elevators.

Due to that, FUJITEC performs a visit to make the analysis of each job in order to see the performance of the elevators installed and the requirements of the building (traffic, population, etc.)
In this way, together with the customer we can define the deep of the modernization not only from the technical point of view but also from budget.
