In Argentina

• RAGHSA, the real state developer of several projects like Le Parc, American Express Building, San Martín 344, etc., awarded to FUJITEC the new development in Puerto Madero called Madero Office. In this high rise building sixteen high speed Gearless elevators and four geared will be installed during 2009 and 2010.

• Subterráneos de Buenos Aires recently awarded their third transit job to FUJITEC Argentina. It consists of thirty three new model GS8000NX escalators and two new model GS8100 autowalks for five subway stations in the expansion of Line H (second stage) and Line B.

• The most famous car drivers association, Automovil Club Argentino, trusted in FUJITEC for the modernization of four elevators in its headquarters located in Libertador Avenue.

• One of the most important buildings in Buenos Aires downtown area, Libertador 602, awarded FUJITEC for the modernization of the five main elevators.

• The airport of Ushuaia (the southeast city of the world) has FUJITEC equipment. Two escalators and two machine room less elevators are installed in the main building.

• Cencosud awarded several escalators, autowalks and freight elevators in three jobs, Jumbo Parque Brown, Jumbo Acoyte and Easy home depot located in José C. Paz.

• In Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires headquarters located in downtown Buenos Aires, FUJITEC modernized four escalators. The job had the particularity that marble was refurbished after complete change of the equipment. 

• Repsol YPF trusted in the quality of FUJITEC to provide the elevation systems for its new corporate tower to be built in Puerto Madero. The contract includes two groups of six elevators each at 300 and 210 meters per minute, two service elevators at 300 and 210 meters per minute and two round cab parking elevators. The design of the tower came from the famous architect Cesar Pelli, the project direction will be done by Arturo Beccar Varela  and the construction management is from Bovis Lend Lease.

• Ten Elevators (six gearless) will be installed in two towers named Los Dolfines in the recently developed area in Puerto Norte in Rosario City. Another three elevators will be installed in a third tower.

• In the new residential and offices complex Malecon Madero, FUJITEC is installing thirty nine elevators. The job is located in Puerto Madero.
